Has anyone experienced problems lately sending email through TOT's ADSL service? I have two email accounts and I use Outlook Express to manage my emails. . About eight or nine days ago, I was unable to send or receive email for a hour or so. After that, I was able to send and receive email from/for Account 1 (though I had to adjust an account setting). And I was able to receive email for Account 2. But to this day, I cannot send email from Account 2. I have played around with my account settings, but to no avail. I know that the problem is related to TOT, because when I use my LoxInfo dial-up connection instead, the problem disappears. It may have something to do with TOT looking for a security certificate that isn't there, but my account settings say nothing about security certificates. I just wondered if anyone else has a similar problem? I have little hope of being able to resolve the problem by calling TOT technical support, but perhaps I am being harsh?

Take a look at this TOPIC and check to change your SMTP ports.

Cheers.
