Hi, regarding my previous question to which you seemed to think we have more than enough evidence for a tourist visa.

I have just found out that actually my wife's house is not in her name but her sisters although her name is on the tabian bhan. Is this a drastic shift in our chances or do you think we still stand a good chance?

Thanks,

Sav

Hi Savage,

In terms of the overall supporting documentation that you have in support of your wife's application the fact that she is not the registered owner of the property is, in this case, of little importance. The fact that she has a job to return to and is married to a Brit who ordinarily lives in Thailand and who also has a job to which he must return is, I suggest, compelling evidence that your wife will come back.

I am still firmly of the belief that she'll get her visa.

Scouse.

So fingers crossed then, i'm going on Friday so I guess should know Monday. I will let you know. Seems like the big problems come when 1 partner is living in Asia when the other is living in UK, they just don't buy into that?

Cheers,

Sav
