Tot Adsl Problems In Phuket

Featured Replies

I'm currently on the TOT 'Bestcyber' ADSL plan, which should give me 1024/412 download/upload speeds. For about a week now my internet connection has been running slower than a dial up connection.

When I called TOT I was put through to their general Tech support who said that they would contact the Phuket branch. When I enquired why they couldn't fix the problem (or tell me what the problem is) themselves they said they needed to send someone out to have a look !! This in itsef sounds like BS to me as I'm not realy sure why a techinician would need to come out to ascertain why the connection is slow...

Can anyone please advice if they're having or have had similar pronlems with TOT ADSL in Phuket?

Cheers

Tot is slow in our Café in patong for about the same time, to get things worse CAT moved their office lately and while doing so our shdsl connection has been down for some days too...

its the big cable break which has stiffened asias entire network. no idea when itll be fixed but shouldnt be long. everyone is having the same problems. no one has upload bandwidth anymore. about 1/10 of what it should be. forget about online gaming!!!
