Usufruct For Land In Wife's Name But House In Mine

I read now a lot about this topic "usufruct", also in other tread's.

My question:

Would it be possible to register the land (with the house) on the child's name (Thai citizen) ,

and make then the usufruct in the benefit of the father (farang)?

So that it is still void also after a divorce?
