OK.......found out what the Phon is. It is a new dish, named after the chef's wife. Very nice too( the curry I mean. Never seen his wife)We will of course be re-naming it for serving at the FC. I think curried f*t g*t sounds nice. Any other suggestions? Winner gets a freebie
