Hi,

I have been living in thailand for the past 15mths, we have a bar in sukhumvit soi4, which at the moment is less than thriving.

I have decided to return to uk to work for 12mths and stabalize my finances again, i am married to a thai and want her to come to uk with me, i will be staying with family and so was wondering how we go about getting her a visa?

Initially she is planning to come for 3mths then return to thailand again, whats the best visa to apply for?

Initially she is planning to come for 3mths then return to thailand again, whats the best visa to apply for?

After the initial visit what are her plans, does she intend to remain in Thailand or is she likely to want to return to UK again within a few months. Is she likely to be spending more than 6 months in any 12 month period in UK. Will she be continuing with the lease on the bar?
