Fiancee Visa

Featured Replies

My Fiancee is having a baby in Thailand in April, I will be looking at obtaining a Fiancee visa for her, then to get married in England within 6 months. she has spent 6 months in England with me on a tourist visa before returning back to Thailand in Jan this year....What I would like to know is if she gets a fiancee visa will I have to get medical insurance for her and would I also have to book a return flight for her as I would be looking at Extending her stay in the uk for 2 years after we get married.

Many thanks

cfrmatt

No medical insurance required and with a Fiancee visa a one way ticket is fine.

What is she going to do with your child when she returns to UK on the Fiancee visa?
