I think it's more of a realization that NATO knows it's future under Trump. BTW it's there's now some doubt about it being ICBM or a hypersonic missile. The latter have previously been used and are indeed nuclear capable. There is a lot of hype going on right now. -

it's always an electrical fault in the AC or switchbox or a short circuit somewhere, it's never a drunken bum who fell asleep while smoking or someone left the pot on the gas stove too long. Amazing, the electrics here are all waiting to short out ....
