Block everyone's Avatar and user name for two hours (or an agreed period of time) on April Fool's Day then reinstate everyone at a given time,say midnight.In the interim the mods can choose to start new threads and have members guess who the poster/moderator is? Go to the Guiness Book of records to set a new high in traffic on any given forum.

And think of the posters and run they will generate.Nobody has done this before.They will get in excess of a quatrillion hits! Must register 24 hours before you can participate to eliminate the whakos (apart from TV members).

We've had a few good ideas for 'games' like this before, none of them ever made it outside Bedlam.

Unfortunately, the mods wouldn't be able to participate in the game, as they can tell by the IP numbers who's who, unless everybody uses an I.C or other means of disguise, this is where Mr Bo's disguise above comes in handy, just put it on the hard drive, that'll do the trick

Momo, it would be unmanageable on a large scale (so would need to be confined to Bedlam), and it would be work-intensive for the mods, who would need to divert their attention from moderating other subforums. Call me a party pooper, I just can't really see it working in practical terms, but good luck... and keep the ideas coming!
