I know this may sound a dumb question. But on the VAF4 settlement visa form Dec 2007 for a spouse it asked the applicant to detail there home address. My fiancee has been in the UK 15 month on a fiancee visa. So is she deemed as resident in the UK and put our UK address. You still use the VAF4 form for fiancee as well, so on the basis she used that for for Fiancee last time she must be settled in the UK and not a visitor. But now she has gone back to Thailand to do a fresh application is she now resiident in Thailand..................Am confused, and just want to get the correct info on the form

It's perfectly acceptable to write your UK address on the form if that's where your wife feels herself to live.
