Visa For Mother In Law?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Has anybody had experience in applying for a visa for the mother in law? My wife has been here 17 months on a settlement visa and really wants to have her mum here for a month... :o

any advice would greatly appreciatted before i start parting with the cash......

thanks.. aiir

There's no reason why your mother-in-law shouldn't apply for a visit visa. The visit requirements for mothers-in-law are the same as any other visitor. Principally, maintenance and accommodation, and that she has a good reason to return to Thailand. Evidence of contact between her and her daughter would also be required.

Scouse.
