True's adsl service in general has been a big disappointment to me. Most times of the day I experience very sluggish response times (ping over 1 second) making it impractical for real time uses. The delays are pretty annoying because they are noticabely worse than a 56K dialup modem just waiting to bring up simple web pages. The service tends to handle big data transfers well enough though.

There seem to be a number of them. I use for my ADSL: classic.asianet.co.th
