Hi guys.

I tried to do a search, but didnt really know what to ask! LOL

My finace is here with me in the states on a K1 visa. Everything is going great. She has decided she can deal with my cold country and wants to marry me and stay here. We are well within the 90 day visa limit, and want to get married and do our change of status paperwork before the deadline is too close. My questions are.......

Anyone gone through this recently?

Have any tips to make it as smooth as possible?

We have all kinds of paperwork from the visa process, how much of this is needed for the change of status?

How do we go about it?

I know that is allot of info, but I was just on the USCIS website for the last hour. I dont know who designs that site, but it is nearly impossible to find out what you need to do. :o

Please, anyone with some helpful info, it would be greatly appreciated.
