Has anyone tried the internet speed boosters. I have looked at a few of them on a speed test sight and they are all advertisers on the site. I know there is alot of frustration out there with speed so I was wondering if they were were worth it. Thanks.

I use ONSPEED which works marginally better as 'my plain' connection. Especially text is faster .....

To speed up my all Internet system I use CFOS Speed.

If you really look to speed up your downloads, use a download manager like Flashget or Internet Download manager. As I said in other threads, by downloading 3-8 files at the same time I get maximum throughput on my 2M connection (being 224 kilobytes/s).
