I'm having problems renewing my car insurance. I'm currently insured with Thai Insurance in Bangkok through a broker in my old home town of Chiang Mai. Despite many phone calls and broken promises over the past month the renewal documents are having problems making it into the post and my current insurance expires this week!

Does anyone know of an office in Phuket for either Bangkok or Thai insurance or a reliable Broker/Agent who can help solve this problem or does all of this mean a trip to Bangkok?
