Equipment Rental In Cm

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if construction equipment such as a wet saw and cement mixer can be rented anywhere in CM? I asked around at some of the stone yards and, as usual, no one knows anything.

Try Nim See Seng on the Superhighway. (South side, between the turning to Maejo and the river.) They have all types of building equipment etc. for hire.

(They are also probably the best company for shipping goods around Thailand...)

P1P,

Thanks very much for the lead. I'll check it out and let you know what I find.

I've been to a lot of tool shops and asked for a wet saw for cutting tile and stone. The people act like they've never heard of one before and keep tying to sell me a circular saw grinder/cutter. I'm beginning to understand why I never see any good tile work in Thailand.

I have a friernd who has various quarries in Kanchanaburi province. (We have looked into producing niche, quality stone tiles for the export market, but been unable, as yet, to find a supply of the correct material.)

I shall ask him about wet saws.
