Next month I plan to apply for a building permit for the house I plan to build end this year. Does anybody have experience whit applying for a building permit in Chiang Rai ? Also I looking for a good drawer for drawing up the plan for the house.

I ever applied a permit for a other house before and the staff from the office where you can apply the permit introduced me to a drawer that time, who made a total price from 7000 thb for a 400.000 thb house. That time I was thinking he was really asking to much and at the end I paid him only half of it, what resulted in a building permit that never got approved.

This time I want to build a 2 story ( 200 sq/m ) house for about 1 000 000 thb so I guess he will charge me around 15 000 thb this time that I better pay but any advice from other is always welcome before I go there again.
