Can somebody tell me if there is a good transportsolution from Hua-Hin to Krabi?

You can take the train from Hua Hin to Trang.... leaves at 20.59 and arrives 07.35..

Well, quickest way would be to go to BKK and fly to Krabi... other than that you could take the bus, but that's a mamouth journey in itself...

I suppose at least with the train you can go in an aircon sleeper, go to sleep when you get on in HH and wake up in Trang..
