Reflecting the contrasting fortunes and lifestyles of the aged street vendor and the modern day Miss.

Shot whilst doing some street work in Korat.

Nice composition! And I love the older lady, reminds me alot of all the older ladies living here. :o

I met one of these ladies a few years back.

I asked the sons of the family if it was grandmother, and got the answer,

"No, great grandmother...."

She must have been in her 80's and still carrying her baskets and

produce round the streets, despite being quite wealthy in her own right.

am not in the position to technicaly comment on photographs since am still learning.

i may express what i feel when looking at your image. reflecting.

:o

she seems happy to see you. i think she is hoping that you'll be a good customer too and buy some of her lemons.

the sidewalk express some perspective in the image.

a hard working friendly old lady and the busy modern day miss probably going to work or shopping.

i think the old lady hopes that you'll take a good picture of her and show it to others so they might come and buy her lemons too.

:D
