April 6, 200817 yr Pla Seafood has commandeered the public road between the business and the beach and has put up " No Parking"signs . Also their request to build a pier was denied so instead an ugly blue plastic floating dock has been installed. It is trapping the sewage that runs into the bay, it already smells worse. And their large speakers are now blaring the entire length of the beach. Many times I was Pla Seafood's only customer in the off season, (it does have very good food,) but, after the young western manager rudely instructed me to move my motorcycle, no more.
