Would appreciate any more up to date info on stable ADSL internet options and Cable TV options for house near Big C in Hang Dong.

Times don't change that rapidly over here but..

I live just South of the Handdong Rd Big-C (assuming of course that there is no Big-C actually IN Hang Dong) and UBC is certainly available everywhere and TOT/TT&T ADSL has been in this area for quite some time.

I pay for TOT ADSL in Ban Wang Tan at 750+ Baht/mo for 512kbs and average at least twice that speed other than during peak usage periods. If you are looking for "stable" ADSL, you may have to pay the business rate which is considerably more expensive.

Dustoff,

Up grade your ADSL, it is now 590 baht/month for 1 meg connection.

Thanks VM Dustoff, currently have TT&T line, so look like I will need to order a 2nd TOT line.

Not keen on True/UBC - overpriced for what it offers, mainly want news (BBC/DWtv/ABC) and financial market channels (Bloomberg/CNBC) and possible movie and kids channels a bonus. Not much of a sports fan.
