Somewhere Nice In Ko Toa

I will be in Ko Toa for a week, and I am looking for somewhere nice to put up my Parents (in their 60's).

Its 3yrs since I have been there - and I normally stay at Simple Life, right in the middle of Sairee (behind the 7-eleven). But I'd like to put them up somehwere that is a little bit refined shall we say. It need not be posh like Jamakhiri or Coral Grand - just clean, Air con, no joint smoking hippies, beachfront Sairee, and not next door to Maya or A/C Bar or the like - pumping tunes out until all hours (which is where I'll personally be ).......

Cheaper is better > but not cheap and nasty, if you know what I mean.
