Air conditioned buses leave Ekamai Bus Station for Pattaya every twenty minutes. cost 90 baht.

The A3 airport bus takes you from the airport to Ekamai cost 100 baht.

Anyone know how many stops Ekamai - Pattaya bus makes & what is jouney time - I've heard 2.5 hours?

Thai International coach leaves Don Muang 09:00, 12:00 & 19:00.

Returns from Pattaya 06:30, 14:00 & 18:30.

Where in Pattaya does it arrive/leave from - 3rd Road/N. Pattaya Rd?

Train from Hualampong Station (BKK) leaves 06:55, arrives Pattaya 10:37.

Returns from Pattaya 14:50, arrives Hualampong 18:35.

The city meter taxi from Don Muang to a car yard a few km outside town, then another car to Pattaya works OK & is cheaper than rip-off taxis/limos from the airport, but haggle!

Happy travels!

On my last trip for 300 baht I was picked up in an airconditined mini bus, all my bags included

taken to the bus station

Caught an air conditioned bus to Pattaya

then from the bus station was taken to my hotel in an air conditioned Mini Bus

For 300 baht (2-3 drinks in a bar) who would even consider the public bus service

Hi Tezzainoz

300 baht sounds like a good deal, although the normal air-con bus fare BKK-Pattaya is only 90 baht. Was the minibus pre-ordered or did it just happen to be at Don Muang whe you arrived? Who's it operated by?

I have had that service too....not the bike one :o , I booked from the travel agent near Nana.....Mini bus went around and picked everyone up about 10 of us...then to Eckamai and an air con coach to a particular hotel in Pattaya, they offered a mini bus to my hotel but I declined and jumped in a baht bus.

Last time I was picked up from my BKK hotel by car and taken somewhere....started getting a bit suss....after an hour...more people turned up and we got a minibus down to Pattaya to Soi 11...they again offered to take me to my hotel but it was quicker to jump in baht bus.

Morchid bus station - Bus to Pattaya (abt 2 hrs) 90 baht?

Pattaya bus station - to city with baht bus 10 baht

Total 340 baht - approx. 8,50 US
