Credit where credit is due for Villa & it's a superb gesture however, Randy Lerner is not in the Business of giving up $$$$$$, i can't help but think there is an alterior motive unless Mr Lerner has given up being a successful Businessman because make no mistake, the BPL is a money making machine & so is Mr Lerner.

To be fair mate, I care less about any alterior motive that there may or may not be, but more about the fact that they've shown that sponsorship can promote something other than capitalistic business. Yes, they will lose money and if that loss was put back on the fans then all credibility will have been lost.

But as it stands the present owner of Villa don't sem too bad as far as they go -- even if he is a Wooden Plank. :o
