I am gonna apply for CS ADSL 256/128 ADSL in Surin for 1500 Baht/Month.As Surin is a small city,I m sure there won't be many users using the service.Anyways i m confused about this 256/128 thing,what does it really mean? The speed which i will get is the 256 or 128?or Does it mean ranging from 128k to 256 Maximum?What about download speeds?How much kb/sec will i get?

256 kbps download and 128 kbps upload!

Theoretical maximum downlod would be 32kilobits/sec. However actual speeds will probably be low twenties, depending on time of day and how heavy your link is shared!
