Which Optician Would You Recommend ?

Featured Replies

Since,I had an eye operation last year.

I no longer need glasses for reading, however can't see so well for distance.

I have to keep an eye on what the young coyotes are up to!

Friends who would you recommend in Chiang Rai city ?

Near the new clock tower if you turn right towards the large market there is a shop called Fah thai, the oldest opticians in Chiang Rai and in my opinion, the best.

If you come Yet Jod to the old clocktower (or where the old clocktower one time was), go straight (trong trong) and at next trafficlight turn left. After about 100 m on your right hand side there is a very good guy. Opposite his shop, on the left side of the road there is an alley leading to a convenient parking place a 10 baht.

I have used him last 3 years and he is very helpful, can talk some english and has very reasonable prices.

My latest glasses were titanium frames with colour glasses and costed 1700 baht.
