What is the process for buying a 2nd Hand Car registered in Bangkok and bringing home to Chon Buri.

I understand that letter from immigration stating my address is needed but what else ?

Also will the plates need to be chaned to Chon Buri province or if they stay Bangkok where does the tax get paid yearly ?

I bought my truck in Chonburi and have been living in Loei for a number of years. My insurance agent takes care of the registration. I also have a car registered in Loei and the insurance agent also takes care of that one. I asked about changing the truck registration to Loei and he asked, "Why"? I have never had a problem.
