Looking For A 2 Bedroom House/condo

Featured Replies

Hi, thanks for reading my post!

I am new to Phuket, I've just moved from Bangkok. I am currently house hunting.

I would really like to find a 2 bedroom place, in a nice location, surrounded by greenery.

I am pretty flexible as far as location goes, but I would like to keep my rent at around 22,000 Baht/mo- give or take.

Mostly I would like that the house or apartment is somewhat modern and well-equipped.

Please contact me if you have or know of any houses for rent. I would really like to move ASAP.

Thanks again.

Amy

Hi Amy good luck with the house hunting. Phuket's a big place and there's many types of accommodation available. I'd suggest picking up a copy of the Phuket Gazette and going through the rental classifieds there first to get an idea of the market and then you can start to ring around. Quiet and green locations that might be appealing would be Bang Tao, Kamala and Rawai. If you have transport you could also just drive around the areas you like and look out for a place that's available for rent that you might like.

Hi Amy

I know of some nice modern style 2 bedroom houses in a lovely garden setting in Kata. However they are not fully furnished. If you are interested feel welcome to PM me.

Regards

Chantal
