If you are looking for a nice studio near onnut BTS, i'm currently renting one on sukhumvit soi 58 and i plan to change for a big home office. (more than 150sqm instead of 27)

As i have a 1 year contract, i need to find someone who is interested in.

It's at Baan 58, 7000 baths only for 27sqm include wifi internet, close to BTS, elevator, new building, 24h security, coffee shop, aircon, refrigerator, cable tv, ...

It's a very nice apartment and i really enjoy living there, staff is very very friendly. I already have a phone line from true ready for internet, but you can also use the free wireless internet from the building
