There is an Amphur Non Sung just NE of Korat city.

Opps. This is the Non Sung i was meaning. I should have mentioned Korat.

I know some land for sell (800 sq mt) if not more, very big going for 275,000, the land has had 1 fill and the owner has taken care of it, it's on a side street with good access to electric & water and is only a 10 minute drive to the Non sung & Non Thai Market, PM me if you are interested
