Fuel Prices Down, But Are These Figures Right?

So I see in the gazette the following:

Khun Sunee confirmed the following reductions:

Gasohol: down 4.7 baht to 31.53 baht per liter.

Benzine 91: down 0.8 baht to 39.03 baht per liter.

Diesel B5: down 3.3 baht to 38.68 baht per liter.

Bangkontee Phuket gas station, operated under Bangchak Gas Co Ltd, confirmed the following reductions:

Green Plus Benzine 95: down 0.8 baht to 38.59 baht per liter.

Sohal 95: down 4.7 baht to 31.09 baht per liter.

E20: down 4.7 baht to 29.79 baht per liter.

Bio Diesel B5: down 3.3 baht to 38.24 baht per liter.

Gasohol 91: down 4.7 baht to 30.29 baht per liter.

Power D Diesel: down 3.5 baht to 38.74 baht per liter.

However the prices don't really conincide with what I've been paying.  I've been paying 39+ for gasohol 95 and 44+ for diesel, so where do theese number come from?  I'd love to pay 31 for gasohol.  Guess I'll pop in and fill up the tank later in the day when the (probably long) queues shorten.
