I get free access because I am a "silver' member. You have to be silver or above for free access I believe. Do you have any Eva Air miles or are you a member at the moment???

Do you have a friend that is travelling as well that is a silver member or above, as they can use their Eva Miles to take you in as well. I used 5000 Eva Miles to do this. Mind you that was a while ago now and Eva Air keeps changing its rules slightly so that may not be possible now.

I have been flying with EVA for many years now, and in the old days you could get guests into the lounge if you had a silver card and good powers of persuasion, but nowadays they are a lot stricter, and will only give you access to the lounge if you fulfil the correct criteria, which can be found on their web site. there is a CIP lounge on the second(?) floor, I believe you can pay less than 1000 baht to use it, but that might have changed
