Anybody knows of a hardcore gym around phuket town?

Like nothing fancy, squat cage, power cage, crossover cables.. just benches and dumbells that go high? no fancy machine?

or any gym that u can workout without using the horrible cheap machines they have

There is a weight room at Surakul Stadium (Wichit -Songraam Rd) with a selection of free weights and it is definitely NOT fancy. 10 baht per session. I don't know if it qualifies as a 'hardcore' gym, but you can't beat the price.

I use Easy Fitness across from Central...its a nice gym, free weight room...no squat rack though...

wat? pass central so often.. never seen it... towards kathu, phuket town or chalong? theres definately no advertising

they offer either free shipping or very very cheap shipping (20-40B)
