I am looking for a Bangkok dealer to buy a Jazz. I need some English spoken as my Thai is mediocre at best.

I was planning to buy in September but I just found out that for a white Jazz there is nearly a two month waiting list!

I have been to a number of the Honda dealers in the central Bangkok area, and mainly for reasons relating to customer service prefer the Honda-owned dealerships on Sri Ayutthaya Road and in Bangna. I feel that service at these two places exceeds service at the franchised dealerships, which can be spotty at times.

That's the flagship Pranakorn Honda dealership - Sri Ayutthaya Rd., it's not "owned" by Honda either... it's technically a franchise. It's understandable why folks think that though because they were one of the first Honda dealerships and their service certainly beats most of the newer Honda dealerships. We use the Pranakorn Honda - Seri Thai Rd. dealership for service.

the wife uses the honda dealer on ramkamheng rd, never had a problem

however always good to have an alternative.

Yes, it's a Pranakorn Honda... I think they have about 5-6 dealership/service centers in their group. The one I use is across from the Bangchan Industrial Estate on Sukapibal 2/Seri Thai. 02-919-9984.
