Tattoo Removal

My GF has this awfull tattoo right on her chest, and I want her to remove it.

I heard that Bangkok hospital in Phyket has a good Dermatology Dept. that does the procedure.

DOes anyone have any other recomendations?

Thanks, the first link doctor does only scalpel surgery (he replied to my email querry). Don't know how he can remove a tattoo with scalpel and have no scarrs?
