You will simply have to ensure that either your application is submitted prior to the rule change or wait until you are both 21 or over.

Once the rule changes, then irrespective of whether the other requirements of the Immigration Rules are met, an application would be bound to fail.

Dear Scouse

so do you recommend taking a chance with these number of documents or its better to wait and try to get more pay slips.

are there any chances of visa with only these no of slips.

The number of payslips which should be submitted is not cast in stone. The Immigration Rules simply say that you have to demonstrate that there is adequate income/savings at the date of application for you to take care of yourselves and that this is likely to continue. Your wife's most recent pay slips, a letter from her employer and bank statements showing her wages being credited to her account should be sufficient to meet this requirement.

If I were the visa officer, though, I would wonder how you're going to support yourselves once your wife finishes work in order to have the child.
