Does anyone think there would be a market for high end test preparation tutoring in Phuket? Specifically for SAT (so international school students), and GRE and GMAT (so university and working people planning to get a masters, MBA, or doctorate abroad)? Rates would have to be upwards of 1200/hr, likely 1500-2000, which I know is high for Phuket... but might there be some expats and upper class Thais interested?

You might check with BIS, British International School, but otherwise, I would say no.
