Part 9 Declaration Uk Visa

Featured Replies

Dear all, especially those who have helped me so far.

It is nearing my trip to Thai to see my girl and i am preparing all the documentation.

However, if it is "I" who writes the UK Visa application in my own hand, then when it comes to Part 9 it asks

"Have you used an agent or representative to complete this application?"

As her boyfriend, would i be required to select YES or NO

I think this could be a simple, but key, flaw in our application.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Tick the No box. You would tick yes if you were using a professional agency or advisor to fill the form out. As it is, you are involved in the application process as her partner. I filled out my wife's fiance visa form and ticked the no box and we got the visa.

As above tick the No box, you may well be the sponsor, but an Agent is another thing altogether.

Good Luck
