Hang Dong Rd. Drive past Lotus and after a few km you will hit a purple/yellow iron fence on your left hand side. Can't miss it. This is where you do the testing for a driver's licence.

Maybe somebody else can give a little more exact directions.

You need to get there early, before 9.00am.

It is just about opposite the end of the airport runway, and the puce colours of the fence are truly vomit inducing. (Must have been a special price for colours that the manufacturer could sell nowhere else.)

If you reach traffic lights, you have gone too far.
