I am looking for a short or long-term apartment or simple condo in the Chitlom/Langsuan/Wireless/Ruam Rudee area for no more than 20K. I realize this is a more expensive area, but I also know there are some gems and unknown places in these areas that many of you may live in know about. At that price your best bet would be the Grand Regent on Mahedlekleung 2 (sp) but be wary the construction going on in that area.
