is there anyone out there that knows of a good builder in phuket... i recently had my bkk home refurbished and the work is first class, only problem is this guy is expensive. i recently purchased a home in boat lagoon phuket which needs a lot of work, i at first considered taking my builder and his team from bkk but when i recieved his quote for the work (1,211,000 THB) i changed my mind.. partly because of the high price and secondly because he is full of shit with regard to completion times.

i need the work completed before the end of the month, i am prepared to pay top dollar as long as the dont turn my house into an auf weidersehn pet episode..

i would greatly appreciate any feedback and contacts of builders..

if anyone comes through for me there is a dinner at ban rim pa in it for them
