Looks like a very nice condo. However, with prices and decor obviously aimed at the expat market, I wonder why o why people won't put in a really western oven?

Canadian designer you say,,, well I am one too (Canadian, not designer) and I can tell you that most westerners like the option to be able to cook something other than on a little hot plate or a microwave. All of us didn't get our big bellies from just drinking beer only, yes we like to cook and eat!

Just my two cents, like I said, it looks really nice.

Looks as though someone had Japanese in mind...in doing the designing touches....

Design's a bit funky for my tastes.... That multi-colored panels thing behind the bed gives me a headache just looking at it....

Want a smart guy!!

This room is aiming at japaness or asian client!

But at the same time seeking other countries clients who can accept or like this fusion style

It is very clear that you are not in the group! But thanks for your helpful critic

Canadian designer you say,,,

Sorry I should make it more clear~

"designer from Canada" doesn't mean he is canadian

The designer is Asian from Canada who used to work in a Canadian Design firm

But it is not important, I think a real Western oven is a good idea.

Probably I will provide it when I find a client from Canada who really needs it.

Since Asian doesn't use it quite often

Thanks dude!

Even the Asian Canucks I remember back in HongCouver had ovens in their homes and condos. Looks like you have enough space in the kitchen for one of those really nice Sub Zero refrigerators!

Anyways, good look luck anyway in finding a good tenant, glad to see someone who actually cares about investing in their rental flat to bring it into this century. :o

Hongcouver~~hahahah this is a good one!

which province do you come from?

seems like you are a nice guy!

The 100% completed pictures will be posted on soon

We will try to provide almost everything so that tenents can just walkin without buying anything.

In Thailand people only want to make money but lacking in real service.

This is why we try to invest more than other units and bring this concept to this country

To see if it worth to do so...

Very nice, you have done a really good job.

I think whilst this development is fantastic and in a good location it is rather expensive. Clearly you have to pitch a rent to reflect the cost of the unit and the high standard of equipment, but I am in a nice one bedroom condo in a nice, but older, block a ten minute walk from Ekkamai BTS and only pay 23,000 per month, and it has an oven, much as I would like to, it would be difficult for me to justify the extra 432k per year to rent your unit.

One again a great condo, I hope you find a good tenant pretty soon.

Thank you

In other point of view, people buy houses or cars at different location and price

Sometime it is worth to pay more for sothing~

But you got a preaty good deal there!

Absolutely right, you get what you pay for and you cannot beat the convenience of the location.

Gov why did you post your story? Really has nothing to do with the OPs posting. Hes looking to rent his condo and stated quite clearly what the asking price is and the room reflects it. Not sure why you need to justify your cheaper room here.
