But my beer is gone i need some more The taxi's waitin', he's blowin' his horn, don't want to pay 200 baht I could drive.

The beer is calling I want to go, the rain is making the night so slow, sobriety isn't what I had in mind.

For 200 baht they might let you sit in the taxi 2 minuites and dry out. For sure they won´t move a meter!
