£150 Fine... For Staying Too Long At The Kfc

Featured Replies

FAST food fan Natalie Jackson was hit with a £150 fine at KFC — for staying too long gorging on a monster-sized "family bucket". The trainee nurse and a pal plumped for FOURTEEN chicken pieces, SIX bags of fries and large COKES after driving to their local branch.

They spent an hour and a half scoffing the 5,456-calorie feast. Days later regular customer Natalie got the fine in the post for breaking the restaurant car park's 75-minute limit.

The 24-year-old fumed yesterday: "It's disgusting. I spend a lot of money in there. Now I'm never going back."

Hungry

Natalie — who eats at KFC three times a week — complained to restaurant bosses that she was unaware of signs warning of the time limit in Huddersfield, West Yorks.

The mega bucket, which busts the Health Department's recommended 1,940-a-day calorie count for women, cost her £13.16p.

Natalie vowed there was fat chance of her paying the £150 — insisting: "It didn't feel like I was in there all that long. We were hungry."

Last night KFC said restaurant parking was contracted to private firm Civil Enforcement Ltd — but promised to review Natalie's case.

A spokesman said: "A parking restriction was introduced to prevent non-KFC customers using the car park.

"The 75-minute time limit is designed to accommodate our customers who generally eat for about 30 minutes."

Hefty bill ... diner Natalie with her KFC parking fine.
:o How come I guessed she would be a big fast food fan.

Classic case of go with your heart.

In her case her heart said on this occasion, " Go for it " !!!

Next time, it might just blow up.

Good lord, we got one of those buckets the other day & 4 adults a 10 year old & my 16 month old son didn't manage to finish it, in fact my husband ate 2 of the 4 peices of left over chicken next day with som tum & kanom jin for lunch & we threw out 3 packs of the chips too!!!!.

What a greedy pig.

It's called fast food for a reason.

Pick any one

After a fast (Lent / Ramadan / Passover / whatever) it is almost eatable

It's best to get it down your throat reeeeeeal fast

The counter staff are fast (that's a joke)

Fast as you can eat it - the kids are quicker

But this girl was sllooowwwww - how could anyone spend more than an hour inhaling the smell of finger-licking goo(d)

how could anyone spend more than an hour inhaling the smell of finger-licking goo(d)

Do you want to rephrase that? :o

What a greedy pig.

That's a bit harsh :o

But I bet we all had a mental image before we scrolled down, didn't we?? :D

Good Luck

Moss

Big girl.

She must have had a few greasy buckets over the years. :o

Would you?

One KFC that had a missing panel on the fascia - near where I was working - had the 'd' missing for years.

In the same town (Shiraz) the Count Hotel had the 'o' missing from it's sign - and it was next to the Australian meat shop - so it was very difficult to give new arrivals (wives, anyway) directions for their shopping trips.

But in Port Harcourt there is a "Sleazy Motel" and various other variations on this theme. Should have taken photos, but the army stole my camera at a check-point.

Blimey, both gutzerz.

Whenever my kids "DRAG" me to KFC, I am totally satiated with a coupla backs, and maybe a real OJ.

She is gunna be a "One ton MA'AM"

But this girl was sllooowwwww - how could anyone spend more than an hour...
She was talking.

I'm surprised that an irate fat moderator hasn't arrived here howling with outrage that overeaters are a victimized minority and that the word "ab*ormal" is not to be used regarding their free choice in what and how much they eat. :o

She should have used the drive thru

Lucky thing she isn't a gay overeater. :D

Her watch must be very tight, it's affecting her whole arm!

What a greedy pig.

Oh Boo, so funny! But true. A person can be overweight, enjoy their food etc, but this really just seems to hit the extreme. I cannot for a minute imagine devouring something that size (well im veggie, but i mean the equivalent of that amount of food). She goes 3 times a week too??? How is that possible! :o

Well, KFC are usually open seven days a week, so it's very possible.

But sensible ..........

...true enough :o

Thing is..when i first read it I was thinking she ate that amount of food on her own, and the same 3 times a week. Misread it..but it is leading. After re-reading I realise now she actually shared with a friend (still a HECK of a lot of food tho), but also, she may not eat that amount each time she goes.

However, she is a trainee nurse, and only 24 years old, surely she must know the health implications of being so overweight and what that kind of food is doing to her body. I dont know what kind of nursing she is training in, but im more suprised about her size and calorie consumption because of her choice of career.

Brings into mind this tasteful and politically correct British literary contribution.
