As of yesterday morning, my telephone lines that I need for my business have gone down, but I have heard other people are having problems to. I have TOT, they tell me they dont know when I will have service again, and as of today still have no service oh great

hi,

could tell us your location so other people can say if they have the same trouble.

you say you use the phone for bisuness, so i can presume you have internet also on this line, if so is the internet service cut off?

i live in maenam and i got a phone number from TOT and TT&t for internet on the same cable and the line is working fine.

I am in Moo 5 Bophut, and phone working ok

Phones were down for about 2 days, are now up and working again. Problem seemed to be somewhere in Surat Thani mainland.
