This is a difficult one, not least because it is still unclear what the cause of CFS is.

I have not heard of anyone with a special interest in this in Thailand, but maybe others can help. Otherwise your only recourse is to email the various main : "international"hospitals such as Bumrungrad, Samitivej, Bangkok hospital and BNH and ask. Some persisteence will be needed because they are not very good at handling medical issues, the emails go to administrative staff with no medical knowledge. (I know, being a hospitakl you might expect otherwise, but....) In my experience Samitivej seems the best in terms of getting medical input in replying to questions so you might start with them.

This is assuming your condition has been diagnosed already. As you may know, CFS is a diagnosis of exclusion, i.e. they rule out every other known cause and if all are ruled out you are left with CFS. If you have not yet had other causes ruled out then should start with a thorough physical including thyroid panel.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out

Anybody know of a doctor in Bangkok or in Thailand who is experianced in the treatment of CFS.

Thanks
