It comes with air conditioning, free wireless internet, and UBC. Nice view from the balcony as well. Also comes with a 28 inch TV and DVD player, refridgerator, microwave, sofa, and coffee table. I'm currently in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will move to Bangkok in the first week of January 2009. I most probably will get my colleague in Bangkok to contact you and survey the place on my behalf.
