Long Distance Running

Featured Replies

Where would you settle in Bangkok if you were a long distance runner (marathon, etc.)?

I have done a lot of rounds in Lumpini Park, but it gets a bit boring seeing the same things again and again and again :o

Wife wants to move away from the Sathorn/Silom area, so it would be nice to move to an area where I can run as much as I want. Problem is that I no idea where I can find such an area in Bangkok.

I know of the Hash Harriers, but it doesn't sound that exciting that you have to travel for 2 hours from Silom to the run every time... and as far as I know they doesn't run that long anyway (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Thanks a lot.
