New Apartment

Featured Replies

Living in a pretty decent studio in Ramkhamhaeng right now. 75 square m fully furnished for 14.000 + electricity per month. But tired of living so far away from everything, and was thinking of relocating to a more central area, thinking Phaya thai / Ratchaburi as I heard good things about them. Is it realistic with a budget of 15.000 + el? And do anybody got any tips on good apartment buildnings?

I have a friend who is renting a small(around 20 sqm) fully furnished studio in a nice new building on Sukumvit road at 15,000 a month so I think you can definately find one. Good luck with the search :o

I think 14,000 for Ramkanghang is just overprized even for a room that big!!

But the best advice I have is .... find an area you like and then wander around and look at places.
