However, I do not know what kind of visa is better for me to have in this situation? If I carry tourism visa, I do not know when the immigration officer will stop extending visa to me. By then, I have to leave Thailand. I do not want to see it occurs. i am very upset now, have anyone can help me out? I will be very appreciated it. p.s. Our restauran's operation capital is less than 2 million Bat.
fester Posted January 19, 2003 Posted January 19, 2003 Sophia, welcome to Thailand Expat Forum. You shall apply for a Non-Immigrant "B" visa (Business). You must then upgrade the share capital to 2 million Baht, in order to apply for a work permit. Start with this link about Incorporation and this link about Work Permit So you better head off to a neighboring country for a visa run. Check this basic info first, and come back if you have any further questions. We will try to help you!
